Running in an internal development environment since December 2025, now a GuestOps module and continuously developed.

QueueSync

QueueSync digitizes queue and communication workflows for bars, reception desks and other operational teams in hotels and hospitality businesses. Initially developed as a standalone application from December 2025, it is now a module within GuestOps.

Code and demo are not publicly accessible; the product and interface are developed internally.

Workflow and context

The interface represents open items, ownership and status for shared kiosk devices and mobile screens. Its standalone technical foundation is gradually being moved into the shared GuestOps platform.

Current use

QueueSync is positioned as a module within GuestOps. It is not currently in pilot operation.
