Technical implementation
A WPF interface presents groups and virtual machines together. Membership changes are staged, collected in a preview and only then applied through a secured PowerShell backend.
Functionality in use
The application supports standalone Hyper-V hosts and failover clusters, multiple memberships, staged changes with a preview, JSON export and a scheduled email report for VMs without a group. It does not modify Veeam jobs or any other Veeam configuration.
